I honestly don't see a difference when I work out and when I don't. I do notice that after I work out it seems heavier but the cramps stay there. I do experience fatigue. Anything that helps with that?

Thank you, the best part is my BFF is also on a weight loss journey and we are going together. So sharing smaller sizes of food would be a good idea!! I will for sure work hard until then!!!

I find it not hard to have my friends eat in front of me...YET. What I do find hard is not being able to drink alcohol because it's senseless calories but I like it :(

Breakfasts are for sure the easiest part for me. Lunches I can see how I can possibly make healthy but the alcohol is my problem honestly. I just know that's where i'll be tested, because I do enjoy to socially drink. You're right though being big all my life I never actually used the hotel gym.

We can do this!! I literally have an extreme weight I have to lose (200) but that will take years of dedication. I need to. For now I'll be happy with a 70+ lbs weight lose. Great job! 26lbs is great!

Kinda personal question, When you did your tummy tuck did you use insurance? I feel like I would have to do this since my skin is sooo loose and hangs already if I lost weight it would be definitely loose. I don't have the money to do it out of pocket so that's why I ask. Thank you :)
