:bigsmile: ....It's been almost 3-wks and I have lost 19 pds and still losing it!!!!!!...goal is 180...I am 51 years old....Been drinking lots of H20...I started out at 330pds...whew!!! Long road to go ,,,but I'm doing it!!!!!!!
I tend to have alot of protein,,,,,just need to know if perhaps I am having too much protein in my meals and snacks????? A bit more here lately!!!!!!!!
