Lunch suggestions - fast food unfortunately
I have to grab lunch out today and my choices are Burger King, McD's, Wendy's or Hardee's. I had the Tendergrill salad from BK the other day, but for almost $7 don't really want to spend that much again today. It was good though and around 300 cals since I don't use dressing or croutons.

Not huge compared to others, but...
I'm wearing size 8 pants today AND they aren't tight!! Also tightened my belt another notch :) YIPPEE!!

Why is my daily goal for fiber so low?
My goal is only 14g of fiber. Isn't this really low? I'm already at 26g for today and I've only logged through lunch. Where does MFP get it's figures from?

I'm just wondering if I can trust the accuracy of a pedometer?
