I tried our local farmer's market yesterday, and most vendors wanted almost $4.00/lb for tomatoes! All other produce was just as expensive. The only veggies that I would have even considered buying were cucumbers for $0.75 each. Local produce is not always the cheapest. I was very disappointed.

I've noticed that too. My fiber is only 14. A Fiber One bar and a serving of strawberries puts me at that already and that's just breakfast.

At one point I was pushing a 12, and have been a consistent 10 for the past year or so, but I was NOT healthy. Before I had my 3rd child 10 years ago I was a size 4! I won't ever see those days again and that's ok, but to be a HEALTHY 6/8 is my goal :)

I still think 14g are too low. Eating 2 Fiber One bars puts me at 18 and I'm already over the limit. How do you NOT eat fiber?? Oh, and I thought eating whole grains was the way to go.
