    NWG (non weight goal) - Finish 30 Day Shred, being halfway done with 6 week 6 pack.

    I knew last week's drop was too good to be true :-( Despite the slight gain, I'll keep pressing forward toward my goal. As long as I lose some next week, I'll be happy.

    Most of this is hopefully due to AF. Didn't have a great weekend, but it wasn't "that bad" - but a lot of sodium I suppose... I hope to see a nice drop next week. I'm frustrated because this is still up 5 pounds from my low point. I keep gaining and losing these same stupid 5 pounds and can't get past it... I don't know why I'm struggling so much right now.

    Ugh... for some reason I am GAINING weight. Not sure what has changed, but am super discouraged to see the scale going up, instead of down, whilst I am exercising & recording every scrap of food. Maybe next week will be better....

    Well... Darn it... the weight isn't coming off. I'm frustrated and feeling mad at myself for thinking I could even try to do this. There is no way in he** I can go to that wedding & NOT look like a rectangular cow (like all the rest of my genetic family), and I don't have anything I can fit into for a wedding on a boat.. O.K. - whine is over.
