Can i burn too many calories?
Hi all, Upped my exercise this week, was going for my 2 stone award. Only needed 2 lb but ended up only losing 1. Devestated as i worked so hard. I never eat any of my burn, i save them for what i thought would be weight loss. Am i doing something wrong? Should i be eating some? Disapointed and confused. Beth x

Having had 2 children, and being oveweight anyway, i need some serious work on my tummy. I'm doing circuit training at curves, twice a week and a kettlebell class twice a week, alongside a healthy calorie controlled diet. So far ive 26lbs, and am really pleased.
