Hi all,
Upped my exercise this week, was going for my 2 stone award. Only needed 2 lb but ended up only losing 1.
Devestated as i worked so hard.
I never eat any of my burn, i save them for what i thought would be weight loss. Am i doing something wrong? Should i be eating some?
Disapointed and confused.

Sometimes when you increase your exercise it takes a few days or possibly a week or longer for your body to realize what you are doing. I am sure you will see the loss you are looking for if you stay steady with the new exercise routine.0

It's a tough thing to wrap your head around, but losing weight isn't something you do. If it was, everybody would wake up and decide how much they wanted to weigh that day.
Losing weight is a result of things you do, and there's an enormous amount of factors involved. Water retention, changing metabolism, hormone levels, etc.
It takes most people months and months of trial and error to figure out exactly what they need to do to lose/maintain/gain weight.0
