How to successfully manage a 1200 calorie diet.
I have quit this diet regimen in the because I always feel hungry. What are some ways to evenly disperse my calories so that my metabolism does not slow down. What are your favorite low cal meals that fill you up?

What do you do when you have a bad day?
What do you do when you have a bad day? You ate too many calories? Or didn't loose any weight in your weigh in. I am just curious, so when I am in that situation I have some ideas.

Constantly looking at the scale.
I know that this is bad, but I am checking the scale about 4 times a day. I want to see if and when I lost that extra pound. I am feeling discouraged because I lost 6 lbs now the scale is reflecting that I have gained 2. I am following my calories and I have never went over.

Dizziness issues?
I have been on MFP for about 6 days. I have lost 5 lbs already and I haven't really worked out that much. I have followed my calorie requirement, but I am feeling very dizzy. Could this be from drinking too much water or not enough carbs?

Missing my coffee creamer
I really want my baileys almond toffee coffee creamer or my hazelnut coffee creamer. Going on this diet has meant that I have had to cut this out because I cannot just settle for 2tbs it has to be like 4. I also cannot stand the taste of the sugar free versions.
