is staying under carbs as important as staying under calories? I tend to stay under my calories and go over carbs...help!

the dreaded LAST TEN POUNDS
Hey! I'm having trouble losing the last ten lbs. I'm 5'5 and as of today 134 lbs, and I would like to be 125 lbs. Any tips? I have been exercising 3 to 4 times a week (zumba and yoga) and i have been calorie counting 5 to 6 days a week with a couple cheat days each week to raise metabolism. Should i cut out my cheat days?…

Does anybody in Canada know where I can get a heart rate monitor that will also track calories burned for a cheap price? I'm looking for the 30 to 50 dollar range. I'm located in Edmonton. Thanks!!! :)

Need a weight loss motivation partner!
:heart: I need to lose 5-10 pounds in the next month before I go to Vegas. And afterwards maybe 10 more pounds! Wonder if anyone wants to track their own progress with me. I am a 25 year old student, 5'6, 150 lbs. Would like to go down to 130 by the end of the year. Add me as a friend!
