Day 2 complete =)
Just finished day 2, I thought I would be struggling with this but it actualy wasnt bad =) I was only feeling really hungry once in the mid afternoon.

Just curious as to what supplements other people are taking daily... I am taking a womens mulit vitamin, 500mg of cinnamon, and 200 mcg of Chromium Picolinate.

Fiber
Everyday I seem to be going over in my Fiber goals....Is this a bad thing? I was always told for good heart health (I have high cholestrol) to eat whole grains and foods high in fiber.

Cinnamon Supplements
I was wondering if anyone tired using cinnamon supplement in aiding with weight loss. I do know that cinnamon helps regulate blood sugars and if used with honey can help be a natural aid in reducing cholestrol.

Fitbit Friends
Anyone using Fitbit to help track their calories burned,exercise etc? I just received mine today in the mail and I am excited to start using it tomorow. Also id love to have a few more buddies on here...=)
