Everyday I seem to be going over in my Fiber goals....Is this a bad thing? I was always told for good heart health (I have high cholestrol) to eat whole grains and foods high in fiber.

It's fine. That is more a minimum recommendation. Like Protein.0

Unless it's causing you gas or bloating, more fiber isn't a problem.0

Fibre is your friend. If you're increasing your dietary fibre do it a bit gradually to allow your digestive system to acclimate and make sure you dink enough fluids.0

Fiber is the best thing ever when it comes to weight loss! I usually triple what MFP suggests.0
