It's raining/snowing outside. My mum is crazy competitive re steps on fitbit. I was hoping to up my steps while warm in front of master chef catch up- just realised it's not recording my steps... Can I add steps from treadmill manually? If I add time on treadmill to mfp will this add steps onto my fitbit???
As much as I love the international flavour of mfp... And I really do, Some of the crazy foods/ combos have me scratching my head! If there are any uk based folk who love eating tasty food in moderation, please add me!!
I've synced my new Fitbit flex to mfp but its seems to be adding a lot of kcal for not many steps (I.e 600 for 3000 steps). I assume that even as sedentary my kcal allowance accounts for some movement? Do I need to change my kcal allowance to bmr or something else to limit over estimating energy expenditure?
