Newbie at EMTWL..Need positive Reinforcement
Hi there, how else to say it but I am scared..I have lived on 1200 calories for over 1.5 years now and at one point (the beginning lost a lot of weight) the 9 months just keep gaining..No matter what I do weightlifitng and cardio it just keeps coming on...Unless I drop down to 900 calories then it will slowly start coming…

Hi there..I am a bit confused. I just got my FitBit and I synced it with MFP..I have the exact same settings (weight/goal, etc) and My FitBit Dashboard says I get approx 1600 calories a day (that is with the -500 deficit)..And my MFP account says I get 1330 calories a day? And on top of that FB is tracking calories burned…
