SO should I put it at "Sedentary"?? New at this so forgive my ignorance!

It won't let me personalize it..Just gives me an option of Personalized and just bases it off past activity won't let me put in a number and Sedentary and then it drops it super low..UGH..I don't get this at all! Thanks

I am trying to adjust to this EMTWL..Just trying to figure out what works for me and 1200 calories isn't it ..One day at a time is all you can too..I really try to concentrate on high protein and lower carbs..Add me I could use the support too!
