I completed my first I intro crossfit class today and lived to tell about it but I didn't wear my fitbit and MFP doesn't have listed in the exercise list. How should I categorize it so I can log it? I know different variables will affect the calorie burn but I sweated and this must count! What would be your suggestions?
Which helps you stay on track better? Hitting that daily level goal EVERY day or sporadic daily caloric goal as long as at the end of the week you are within your limits? For example, the past 2 days I was under my daily goal but today I will end up over...just curious as to what others think..
I have been tracking my calories for a little over a week now and have lost 5 pounds since my first weigh -in. Yesterday I was 600 calories UNDER my goal, but I wasn't hungry!
