...Please don't get disheartened by fluctuations in the number on the scale!!! Remember weight loss is not linear.... So if on weigh-in day not only have you not lost the 1lb you wanted to lose that week but you've actually "gained" a lb - don't get disheartened. Yesterday I got asked if my profile photo was a man or a woman. *roll eyes* Can I just say, I do plenty of cardio and it makes me feel great BUT I love weights and nothing has changed my body like regular pump classes have! Anyone else get comments about muscles like its a negative??!
