i've been doing it for a year now - lost 32lbs so far 'downsized from 20W to loose 16 (NO W), workout at least 4 times a week. talked to my sensei/trainer and she has stepped up the program after learning that my weight loss had stalled at 25lbs lost...how's your workout/weight loss going? :flowerforyou:
:flowerforyou: i just added this app - needed something to track my life with, thought i'd give this a try. have been doing kickboxing for 1 year feel great, lost 30 pounds and would like to drop another 30 (at least). this seems better than a written log -so here goes...
