Hi, I've had a trainer since January, I've had great results in my strength and endurance but no weight loss. I'm thinking about stopping my training sessions, mainly because of the $$ and giving it a try on my own. I'm worried about the accountability. Any thoughts???? Thanks:):)
Hi All, I've been using the Herbalife products for over a year now, I did lose weight while drinking the shakes but once I stopped I gained some of the weight back. Now I'm back at working out, cardio and strength training and wondering if I should drink the shakes especially for the protein. Thoughts?
