Need clarification on the "Lean"
Nutrition facts based off of pre-cooked weight of 7-8 oz. frozen cod. Cooked weight came 4 oz. Do I need to consume another 3 oz by end of day, since this is the "leanest" option? Just concerned because then I will be consuming additional calories just to meet the 7 oz requirement. Thanks for the input.
