Smoothie Question!!!
I was wondering if I can make a smoothie in the morning and put it in a mason jar and drink it through out the day. I don't want to replace a meal just looking to add more veggies and fruit to my diet. How much nutrients will it loose and will the taste change. Thanks for any and all advice.

I need someone to help me get over "fridge food". I mean cooking in bulk for 2 days at a time. I will not eat meat past 1 day in fridge. Oatmeal and Veggie question?
I have 2 questions. 1. Is raw oatmeal as good for you as cooked. I mean does cooked (because it expands) better for you? 2. I plan on having 5 smaller meals and was wondering is 7 cups of veggies daily too many. I know there good for you but I also know that too much of a good thing can be bad too. Thanks

I am starting my weight lose journey again after losing 70 pounds then gaining 100 back. I am now almost 400 pounds and feeling every bit of it. I set up myfitness pal as 2000 calories 200 grams of carbs, 89 grams of fat, and 100 grams of protein. I put sodium lower to 1500mg as I have high blood pressure. Do these amounts…
