I just tracked my food today for the first time. I thought I was too low and I was way too low.

I am a 390 pound male. I would like some suggestion on how to get more calories, fat and protein.

I was told I need 600-700 more calories, 30-40 more grams of fat and 50 more grams of protein.

Thanks

What are your goals? I would start there and write them down. I would shoot for 2000 calories and working out 5-6 days a week. Walking for 30 mins counts. Take measurements, and don't focus just on the scale. You could start with protein at 40%, carbs at 40%, and fat at 20%. Hope this helps. Send a friend request if you need more help! Good luck!

I would actually recommend 2200 calories a day at 50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat. Also working out 6 days a week about 30 minutes a day would be great! It is important to focus on measurements for sure! but the scale helps as well. It would be great to shoot for about 2lbs a week of weight loss.
