I was looking for some breakfast ideas. I usually eat oatmeal every morning just because it is good for you but I really hate the stuff. Thanks

52g of Kashi GoLean
1 container of Chobani 100 Greek Yogurt
260 calories, 44 carbs, 1 fat, 25 protein
It's easy, portable and you can mix up the flavors of the yogurt. Sticks with you, too.0 -
I usually eat the same breakfast
2 eggs and 2 slices of high fiber toast with butter spray = 280
I have also been eating lately if I am in a hurry

There is really nothing special about oatmeal. It's just a low calorie option that is filling.
Personally, I either eat P28 protein bagels with peanut butter or eggs (2 eggs, 4 egg whites) with peppers/onions, cheese and shredded cheese.
Also, just had these a few days ago and they are fantastic.

Eggs are your friend.
One of my favorites is egg whites with hash browns and a little turkey chili.
Egg with toast and a little cheese.
And interesting combo I had recently was egg whites, spinach, quinoa, parmesan (sp?). It was rather tasty. I put a little hot sauce on it as well.0 -
Kashi organic promise island vanilla -NonGMO Verified and Organic (USDA Certified)

I don't like oatmeal, so I don't eat it!
Most often, my first meal is a granola bar or Fiber One bar and some mixture of the following
Raisins
Craisins
Grapes
Strawberries
Raspberries
every once in a while, I have eggs and toast, but that's the normal first meal.0 -
Eggs
I normally have a 2 egg omelette a a piece of toast. sometimes I add veggies like mushrooms, tomato, or spinach to beef it up a little without adding very many calories. Very ocasionally, I will make a piece of french toast (which is essentially an egg and a piece of bread) and have some honey with it.0
