Reached my Target
Just wanted to thank MFP and the mebers here for all the help on reaching my goal. I had 3 kgs to loose (not a lot) and since the last time i checked my weight (on 11 Aug) i have actually lost 4 kgs. I now weight 57kg, i am 169cm tall - HAPPY :love: MFP is the BEST!!!!

Calcium rich , non fatty foods - suggestions??
Hi, I have noticed that i am not meeting my calcium goal for the day. I am around 25%-35% daily. Any tips on calcium rich foods that are fairly low on carbs and fat? Thanks. Alina

How heavy should the breakfast be?
Hi, I am not too sure about what the breakfast calories intake shoud be. At the moment i have a daily limit of ~1400 and about 500 - 600 of those i have them in the morning, then about the same for lunch ans i am left with next to nothing for evening.
