Reached my Target

Just wanted to thank MFP and the mebers here for all the help on reaching my goal. I had 3 kgs to loose (not a lot) and since the last time i checked my weight (on 11 Aug) i have actually lost 4 kgs.

I now weight 57kg, i am 169cm tall - HAPPY

MFP is the BEST!!!!
