Protein intake?
what is your protein intake? I am doing a fitness challenge and they want you to rate between 100 and 120 grams of protein a day. Of course I get no where near that and I am eating legumes, whole grains, and the occasional gardein product.

Is there a group that does body pump? I don't know how to search thru the groups. I just started body pump and like it so far.

fitness/weight loss challenge?
Is there a forum or group that is doing a challenge? I want to try something where I would be held accountable and have some support. I don't have a lot to lose but I have a problem with snack foods. I know I should log the stuff I eat but I'm in denial. Thanks, Gail
