Does anyone know what the calorie burn is for the P90X workouts, especially the weight lifting exercises?
Can anyone tell me why you don't earn calorie burn for lifting weights? I put in my data for lifting weights today and I did not receive any bonus calories for the weight lifting session.
Has anyone had their Thyroid removed (Thyroidectomy) and having trouble losing weight? I have been following my calorie program for a couple of weeks on "myfitnesspal" and gained a pound. I also work out, but no progress. Does anyone have any tips? -Discouraged
