Does anyone know what the calorie burn is for the P90X workouts, especially the weight lifting exercises?

    Nope, totally depends on the size of the person, if do the program right and if you do it with the proper intensity.

    There is info I've read at beachbody.com and other sites which indicate the average cal burn is 600 per DVD, but without having a HRM there is no clear accurate way to know. Too many variables to have a one cal burn for all number.

    I use a Polar HRM every time I workout - I've logged as many as 700 calories doing the Plyo workout in P90X.
