Is this true?
Heard someone say once that 'if you were going to eat bad, you should do it all in one day because your body can only absorb a limit of fat and calories a day'. Is this true? I have a thing for mexican food, pizza and sushi. Some days I get tempted to do a 6000 calorie day and eat all three.

Can anybody suggest a Killer Workout for tonight?
Im in pretty good shape - Im on the recovery week of Insanity right now but looking to switch it up just for tonight. Id love to do a workout to burn at least 600 or more calories. Anybody have a Killer Workout they'd like to suggest that I can do either at home or the gym? Thanks.
