Hi I'm not on a low fat, low carb diet but I'm not getting enough protein in my diet and wondered if any one can suggest any foods which are high in protein but low in carbs and fat as I'm going above both of these every day. Hi How do I change my original weight? I was on here years ago at a lighter weight and it keeps using that so when I update that I have lost weight it doesn't take that into account as I was originally lighter it's just a bit desheartening. Thanks Alison

Hi Okay I've found that I am unable to eat my dinner at night. Last night I had haddock with courgettes. peppers and tomatos it was small anyway on a small plate but after half of it I was unable to force another fork full down me. calorie allowance
I have changed my goals from 2lb to 1lb a week as I felt the 1200 cals were too low. This bumped my allowance up to 1410 which is fine with the excercise I do.
