Can someone explain why mfp thinks green tea has carbs in it??

    someone might of made the item up wrong but although i haven't looked at the nutrition of green tea i thought everything had carbs apart from water

    A lot of people add sugar to their tea.

    If it has an asterisk next to it, it's user added and potentially inaccurate.

    Some brands of tea add some additional ingredients that could add up to a carb or two.

    I think we must be talking single digit calories, even coffee is about 5 cals a cup.

    Some MFP user likely entered their "recipe" with milk and/or sugar. This is why you have to be careful with some entries.
