Not one pound lost after 6 weeks...no I gave up! :(
Hi all, I am wondering if this has happened to some of you. I recorded my food intake religiously for 6 weeks, stuck to my goal 1300 cals max., walked 1 hour per day at least 5 days/week, and every week for 6 weeks, same deception when I stepped on the scale! Not a single pound lost week 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6!!! Now I gave up…
