Eating back all the calories you burn for a day...
A few people told me that you are supposed to eat all the calories you burn for the day because burning w. out eating them causes your metabolism to slow down and you gain weight and wont build muscle. Food Database Mistakes on MFP
Has anyone else notice mistakes for nutrition info in the food database on MFP? I put in rice pilaf rice-a-roni today and who ever put it in didnt put in the right calories. Is there a way to edit it with out making a whole new entry in the database?

Mixing Weight Watchers w/ MFP
I'm trying to do weight watchers in conjunction with MFP. The goals they set for me on here have me eating 3 more points for WW then if I was doing WW alone. At least I think. I'm not actually positive. Does anyone know how to figure out how much fat, cal, fiber = 1 WW point?
