Weight Loss?
How is everyone doing? According to the scale I've only budged about 4lbs downward and this is MY third week in. The old me would be like WTF, quit, and find solace in a greasy cheeseburger, fries, and a shake BUT the more informed me know that my body IS healthier than before the challenge.
