I have owned both watches in the past year, ridiculous I know! The FT7 is GREAT and provides a LOT more feedback than the FT4. The FT$ is really a basic HRM that keeps track of your last 10 workouts. I have the same HRM! I want to throw it across the room when the weekly result say "train more!" I want to marry it when it says "trained as planned!" I really like it, not cheap but worth the cost to know what zone I should be in based on my goals.

Two a days are exhausting, but REWARDING. I feel soooo different in just 3 day. Right now I'm in my office jamming to "Somebody that I used to know" thinking about how I am going to rock out to this song while doing my elliptical HIIT tonight! Happy weekend!

I think so! A workout is a workout! Just give it all you have for that 15-20 mins. A HIIT treadmill workout would burn calories and boost your metabolism!
