Bread & Cals
Hi All, I love bread so does it matter how much I have per day so long as I keep within my calorie goal? Also, MFP has recommended 1900 calories per day. I am 118kg, 5ft 11. Would you this is enough or too much? Thank you for your help.

ok so I started MFP last week and lost over 2kg. Decided on Friday to have a Chinese takeaway(I didn't even each much), cut my normal 3 bottles of wine down to just 1 and go walking for over 2 hours yesterday. Weighed myself this morning and i've put 1kg back on!!!! what the hell.... why???!?!?!?!

4th Day Feeling Tired

3rd Day Today
Hi Guys, 3rd day on MFP today and going well. I feel much better in myself already. I weighed myself this morning and have lost 2.6KG since Monday I know this is excess water but it makes you feel good :)

Kick start to MFP
Hi Guys, Does anyone have any tips or tricks to kickstart my weight-loss journey. I have started MFP today and I will be following a short fitness regime each day too. Week 1 massive lost, week 2 and 3 = zero
Hi Guys In week 1 I lost 8lb but week 2 and (now) week 3 im hovering around the 112kg mark and cant seem to break it.
