Tabata & Muscle Gain
Anyone tried Tabata exercising and if so, how do you work out calorie burn? I'm thinking of trying it to improve stamina, but I also need to use weights to gain muscle mass. Will one counteract the other?

Diet sodas. Yes or No?
Just wanted to know your thoughts on whether diet sodas were a good thing or not. Sure a regular soda has plenty of sugar, but at least you know what you're dealing with and so does your body. Diet sodas have sweeteners and supposed negative effects on your health. Have I answered my own question?

I started training by using Fitfu on iPhone (yes I'm a bit of a geek, but love using apps) just after Christmas and have gone from the Easy exercises, through the Medium and am now well into the Hard section. Bit boring without friends
I'm getting married at the end of this month and have been losing weight and toning up since the new year. Now looking to maintain my weight and keep fit. Also got an 18 month old so need to keep fit to keep up with him!
