Daily Calorie Calc/Weight Gain

Does anyone use an external site to calculate their daily calorie intake or any particular methods to do it? I've seen people briefly mention using other sites before to work out how much they should be taking in and that it differs from myfitnesspal.
I was just wondering because I've lost the fat I needed to and being small framed, I now want to look at gaining muscle mass and all that entails.
Any advice would be great, thanks!

If you looking to gain muscle, a good starting point is 200-300kcal above maintenance.0
