would you count hours in the ocean, trying to swim against the currents, body surfing and chasing kids as calories burned? We played hard at the beach today :)

so hubby walks in the room after i got dressed for my work out (sports bra and shorts) and when he walks back out of the room he turns back around and says "wait a second, turn to me.... WOW! I can see the definition in your abs!" Tonight i did my workout with extra gusto!! :) Thanks hop hop abs!!!!
