What is your Final Weight Loss Goal at 5'6"
My fitness pal told me that 118-124 is the BMI. I am at 137 now, people keep telling me I shouldn't lose more weight or I will look unhealthy....So what's your goal?

Has anyone tried the vow to be fit diet by Michelle Marie? I'm thinking about trying it but I wanted to get feedback first

anyone drink hot lemon water in the morning?
I heard that hot/warm lemon water is good to drink in the morning to speed metabolism if you drink it 30mins before eating. I also heard you could add honey?? What are your thoughts?

I'm not eating all my suggested calories...is that so bad?
So I am new to the site. I set my account up that I will exercise 5 times a week it says I get 1200 calories a day and I'm not using all of them. Yesterday and the day before I had 73 & 71 left today its 231 but I'm not hungry. Is this ok or no? They say you can go into starvation mode and not lose weight I don't want that…

Day 1
Today is my first day using FitnessPal. I was previous on another weight loss site that cost money and I lost 10 pounds in 2 months. I am hoping to lose another 20 pounds. Wish me luck!
