Trying to maintain weight now....
Well, I'm trying to keep my weight at where it is...actually maybe add a few pounds, 137lb ~ 6'1(kinda low weight i've been told). My problem is I keep on seeming to lose more little by little even when I increase my calorie intake to around 2000. I run bout 35-ish minutes a day (5 miles) and thats really it. I don't know,…

One more question....
Does anyone have a clue how many calories one burns in skydiving??? I meen, it is so tiring so I assume its got to be burning off a good chunck of calories. Would be great if anyone knew!!! --Matt :tongue:

Enough cardio?
Hey, not sure if it matters, but im 6'1, 140ish pounds, 18. I run about 20-30 min broken up everyday. Bout 9:30 for a mile and a half. Is this good? Its really all i do for working out and am now trying to keep my calorie intake down to around 1500-1600. What do ya think? Thanks!! --Matt
