True, not sure why I didnt think of that haha. Thanks :D

I've always wondered this, seeing as I eat tons of fresh fruit and my sugars are usually quite high. Good to know all of this now! ^^ ;-)

Sounds good to me ;-)

Agree with that too ^^

I had these shoes and loved them when i was first starting to run far distances. Gives you a sence of freedom as you can run anywhere and let you know calories burned, miles, mph, times, etc. After running about 200 miles in them I decided to buy some asics and I think they are much better, but thats just my opinion. Happy…

Yeah, i found this out too, so I try to get egg whites into my diet a lot and less of the nuts(Which is hard because they are awesome lol)

I run every day about 2 1/2 to 3 miles and have only had problems when i first started to get into it. SHIN SPLINTS...not fun, but eventualy that went away and it became almost a habbit. As said above, yes it is high impact exercise so you don't want to over do it but its up to you. Have a good one ;)

Yup, as said above, you just have to eat right and keep up with that cardio. Trust me, it will begin to flatten out the stomach as you start to loose the pounds. Unfortunatly, there is no way to loose fat in certain spots, it all comes with time ;-)

hahaha! And, woah, ok I did not think it would be that much. Well thanks for the answers :D

This is a good way to keep running at a great pace. Exspecially for a 5k or 10k.
