I feel that anything I find that helps me it would probably help someone else.

I'm a beginner run/walk to 5k. I have been looking for the right mixes of music to keep me motivated whether on the treadmill or out doors at the park. I happened to come across this website called POD RUNNER. All you have to do is keep your FEET on the BEAT! How easy is that? It has music mixes for all stages of Runners and Walkers. It even has INTERVAL MIXES . Just right for my run/walk training. The best part is you can download them for FREE!!

I have an apple ipod touch and the mixes transfered really easy. They have new mixes every week with varied beats per minute.

    Ooh, I love running mixes like that! Nike has one by ATrak that's specifically a running track that's probably 20-30 minutes long and the beat just speeds up and slows down and it's really fun to run to. I got it off iTunes from a free sampler.

    This is a good way to keep running at a great pace. Exspecially for a 5k or 10k.
