Total lost is 45 pounds and I have yet to see any real difference. I don't even really feel different. How is this possible D: this is going to take a long time.....
Been doing this actively this since July, but I'm already becoming unmotivated and wanting to eat unhealthy things. In the beginning I wasn't even feeling temptation, but now it's like it all came back. I'm assuming it's normal to be easy in the beginning. What do you say to yourself to keep from backtracking?
