Ok I have to stick with it this time as I hate the weight gain and having just turned 49 I am determined not to be 50 and overweight! I am planning on joing a 6 month 1/2 marathon training group and wnat to do the 1/2 in Jan/Feb next year. We can all do it! RniingRatty AKA Jane
