Carb/protein/fat

What is a good % balance for someone who is running 4-5 times a week and builcing on mileage and starting to cross train.

    How many miles are you doing per session? That will determine what % of carbohydrates you should be eating. If you're doing a lot of miles, a 50% carb, 25% fat, 25% protein is a great split. The carbs and fat will both provide you with energy for long runs.

    Sounds like a handful hehe! These two are brothers. I want new pics but my memory card is missing! :explode:
