I've been going strong since May and was feeling so outages since I have only lost 6 lbs but today when I went to put on my swim dress (they are not easy to put on usually) it slipped right on and I had to keep pulling it up!!! I must be losing inches not just pounds!!! Yippee!!! I could use more friends if you want please…
I need some ideas for indoor exercises when it gets too hot outside. I like to walk but not when it 100 degrees outside... What's your favorite exercise for indoors? I could also use more friends for support please add me Thanks!!

does anyone else have a hard time not snacking in the evenings? I do great all day while at work but once I get home it seems like i completely loose control... Anyone have pointers or tips to help me stay just as focused at night as I am during the day... :)

Yesterday One of my co-workers asked if I've lost weight.... YES!!! And today someone else at work asked...yea I've lost 12 pounds and have about 50 to go... Yippee for small victories...
I'm to to MFP just over a week.. Its great at helping me track my calories... I'm hoping to start seeing a difference soon... My goal is to loose about 60lbs in about a year.. Any pointers to help me stay motivated and on track is very appreciated...
