HELP with dinner time!!!!
Okay- so i work nights so i dont eat meals at "traditional" hours for ex breakfast is between 1pm, lunch 730 pm, Dinner a little after 12 am...with that said am i holding myself back from losing weight by eating at the non "traditional" dinner times?

LOW CALORIE INTAKE
Im new to the site & for the past 2 days my food diary has been saying too little calorie intake in red letters.
