SECOND TIME AROUND

havent worked out in over 5 months began eating out all the time & back drinking soda not only am i feeling like crap but i gained 14 pounds (12 of what i had lost & 2 extra) 5 days ago i started zumba & counting calories (eating healty & cut sodas out again). feeling a little better but really disappointed inmyself...i lack motivation & i am very lazy... im hoping to keep it up i hate that all my hard work went down the drain (shame on me)! my goal is to lose at LEAST 60 pounds & keep it off...uggghhh here I go again!!!
