Can someone recommend a good % on daily nutrition goals for protein, carbs and fats?? I have no idea where I should be each day. I'm having gastric sleeve surgery and must have 60-80g of protein each day. Other than that its just a low carb. low/no sugar
I notice when I get on my treadmill I can do 2 miles@ 3.5mph in like 40 mins and it will say I burned 215 calories, but when I log it in MFP it will say I have burned 290 calories. I would like to know what everyone is in this case. I dont want to account for too many or too few calories.
