Foot surgery recovery workout ideas?
So...I am having some foot surgery in a few weeks and don't want to lose the momentum. My doctor says I can't even do the recumbent bike for at least the first four weeks. Any ideas about what I can do to keep in shape?

The Fast Diet
I have been using the Fast Diet for the past two weeks. I've already dropped six pounds! Anyone else out there having success with this? Any tips for those of us new to this?

Working out, limiting calories, but can't lose a pound!
I've been working out for years, but got super serious in September. I go to the gym about six days a week, do at least 30 minutes of cardio and then 20 minutes of weight work. I'm staying to the suggested 1200 calories (not eating back my exercise calories). Still...this past week I actually gained two pound! Sooooo…
